This project began as a consulting engagement through the Frankfurt School Student Consulting program for an asset manager in Frankfurt. The initial task was to design autonomous systems capable of monitoring insolvencies across Germany and analyzing balance sheets to identify companies with unique or special capital structures.
Following the consulting project, I joined the asset manager as an Applied AI Research Engineer to further develop and scale these systems. I built advanced crawlers and AI-driven pipelines to discover and analyze a broader set of companies with distinct financial characteristics. At peak, the system processed over 5 billion tokens per month.
