The goal of this project was to build the most advanced AI-driven foreclosure analysis system, designed to increase transparency and usability of zvg-portal.de, the official portal for foreclosure auctions in Germany.
In collaboration with Neura Labs, I developed and scaled a fully automated agentic real estate analysis platform. The system analyzes every foreclosure auction in Germany, processes and enhances auction images, and applies OCR combined with language models to process and interpret expert reports (Gutachten). From these reports, the platform extracts key investment-relevant data such as property details, valuation, and risks.
The platform goes one step further by matching newly listed auctions with investor preferences. Personalized investment proposals are automatically generated and delivered directly to investors via WhatsApp, making the process seamless and actionable.
