This project was driven by the goal of increasing transparency in subsidies and simplifying access for businesses and individuals unfamiliar with the landscape. I built crawlers for Germany’s largest subsidy platforms and pre-processed the scraped data with Gemini to extract eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and application details.

An agentic RAG system was then developed, combining keyword and vector search. For each query, hundreds of AI agents act as subsidy advisors, retrieving and refining the most relevant opportunities.

To ensure usability, I built an intuitive frontend and integrated the Subsidy Finder into Casanoova, my real estate platform, adding an extra layer of financial insights.
